Day 1 — Londorossi Gate → Mti MkubwaStart on the western approach with forest walking to Mti Mkubwa; easy pace to let the group settle in.

Day 2 — Mti Mkubwa → Shira 1Climb onto the Shira Plateau with wide views and open moorland; good acclimatization walking.

Day 3 — Shira 1 → Shira 2Cross the plateau with steady, moderate walking and time to rest at Shira 2.

Day 4 — Shira 2 → Moir HutMove east to Moir Hut through varied highland terrain, continuing acclimatization efforts.

Day 5 — Moir → Buffalo CampAscend gradually toward Buffalo Camp with good altitude gain and scenic vistas.

Day 6 — Buffalo → Third CaveTrek through alpine desert to Third Cave, an important staging point before the summit.

Day 7 — Third Cave → School HutShorter day to School Hut to prepare for the summit attempt; rest and final checks.

Day 8 — School Hut → Summit → MwekaSummit night to Uhuru Peak followed by descent to Mweka Camp for recovery.
