Full Itinerary

Day 1 — Londorossi Gate → Mti MkubwaStart on the western Lemosho approach through forest to Mti Mkubwa; relaxed first day to settle in.

Day 2 — Mti Mkubwa → Shira 1Climb to the Shira Plateau with increasing openness and excellent views; steady pace for acclimatization.

Day 3 — Shira 1 → Shira 2Short plateau walk to Shira 2 with time to rest and acclimatize on high ground.

Day 4 — Shira 2 → Lava Tower → BarrancoAscend to Lava Tower for acclimatization, then descend to Barranco for overnight rest.

Day 5 — Barranco → Karanga CampCross the Barranco Wall and traverse toward Karanga Camp across alpine terrain.

Day 6 — Karanga → BarafuProceed to Barafu Camp and prepare for the summit attempt with early rest and gear checks.
